AmropCivitas advises only a few clients in any market segment, but does so as comprehensively as possible. This business model grants us access to an almost unlimited search field, with a minimum of “off-limit” areas.

Professional Qualifications

In addition to academic degrees, all of our partners have experience in industry, the service sector and management consulting. Each of them are supported by a discreet, efficient staff in research and administrative assistance.

Quality Standards

Our partner´s competence and experience ensure that the client and client’s company are correctly represented and that all matters regarding clients and candidates are handled reliably and objectively.

Long-term client relationships are based upon personal continuity. We ensure this continuity by upholding the principle of equal partnership. The firm is jointly owned by the operating partners and has no other shareholders.

Work Standards

Our systematic work process in seeking out and selecting management talent ensures that we take clients’ need to heart and meet them to the fullest extent possible. Our consistent commitment to quality is one reason why more than two thirds of our advising projects come from existing clients.

Our most important principles are absolute discretion and complete confidentiality. Before we accept an assignment, we provide transparent disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest that might arise from our working with clients in the same market segment at the same time.

Our fees are based upon an estimate of the work necessary and on the complexity of the assignment and are set before work begins on the assignment. In accepting a consulting assignment, we agree to see the project through to completion at terms agreed upon.
